La "Fattoria Borgonuovo" è costituita da un complesso di abitazioni che sorgono in una zona agricola della Val di Chiana di formazione prettamente collinare. Da un punto di vista geografico si trovano a metà strada tra le città di Foiano e di Cortona e non molto distante dai più importanti centri storici ed enologici della bassa Toscana, quali Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, il Chianti, ecc. I caseggiati sono stati di recente ristrutturati e sono composti strutturalmente da mattoni e pietre, un modo di edificare caratteristico della zona. Internamente sono stati arredati cercando il più possibile di seguire i canoni di gusto tipici della tradizione toscana. Per cui si trova il soffitto con travi di legno a vista e le pianelle rosse e il pavimento con le mattonelle invecchiate. Ci sono poi i mobili in legno, il tavolo con le sedie impagliate e il letto in ferro battuto. Ogni appartamento (60 mq) é dotato poi di ripiano cottura, piccolo forno, frigorifero, barbecue, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, impianto TV satellitare, accesso ad Internet, bagno con doccia. The "Fattoria Borgonuovo" is made of a group of houses located in an agricoltural area of the Chiana Valley surrounded by hills. They are geographically half way from the towns of Foiano and Cortona and not too far from the most important storical and wine-making centres of the South of Tuscany, as Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Chianti's area, ecc. The houses have been recently restructured and are made of bricks and stones, a tipical way of building in this zone. Inside have been furnished trying to follow, as good as possible, the tipical tastes of the tuscan tradition. So you can find the ceiling with the beams and the red roof-tiles and the floor with the old tiles. There are also the wood furnitures, the table with the straw chairs and the iron bed. Every apartment (60 mq) is equipped with cooker, fridge, little oven, barbecue, air conditioning, heating system, TV-Sat system, Internet access, bathroom with shower.
